Welcome! Thanks for checking out our website!!! We’re a cozy salon named Brooke Makynna’s Aesthetics Lab. We typically go by “Aesthetics Lab”. We’re located in NE Ohio & established August 2022. Our goal is to bring happiness and beauty to this world through everyone who sits in our chairs to help people glow from the inside out. We strive to take the best possible care for our clients by using top quality products, precision techniques, & constantly staying up-to-date by furthering our education in our field. We genuinely love what we do and take the utmost pride in our work! We hope we can share our love for our craft with you! Brooke, the owner, has been behind the chair since May 2017. She specializes in creative and advanced color, extension work & cutting. She also loves waxing! She also does makeup & advanced styling for special occasion. Brooke likes to dip her toes into all areas out our industry. Kristen, a cosmetologist, has been working behind the chair since 2022 & here with us since September 2023. Kristen’s passion is in blended colors and blonding! She has a strong desire to continue to perfect her craft. Booking with Kristen is now separate, please contact us directly and we will give you her information! Here’s a little more information on how we operate: **New color clients will be required to book a color consultation prior to our first color appointment with you! **All new clients to our shop will be required to pay a deposit. We will reach out to you after the booking process is complete. Deposit must be paid in 24 hours of time the appointment was created or the appointment will be cancelled. Deposits are non refundable & non transferable. **Please note that by booking, you are agreeing to all policies including the new client & the cancellation policy.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
•Cancellations/reschedules made within 5-7 days (120.1-168 hours) in advance will be charged 30% of their booked service total to the card on file.
•Cancellations/reschedules made within 48.1-120 hours (2-5days) will be charged 50% of their booked service total to the card on file. •Cancellations/reschedules made within 24.1-48hours in advance will be charged 75% of their booked service total to the card on file.
•No-shows or day of cancellations/reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of their booked service total to the card on file. Clients will be responsible for card processing fee and a deposit may be required to book again.
Rebooking Fee - Clients who frequently cancel & rebook (ex: 3+ times in a 6 month period) may be subject to a rebooking fee that is non refundable or transferable to a future appointment.
